MDW Capital advises Quadrivio Group on its first UK investment

MDW Capital Partners LLP is pleased to announce the completion of its latest transaction.  The Firm has advised the Quadrivio Group on arranging debt facilities to support its first UK investment, the acquisition of The Private Clinic Group Limited (“TPC”), one of the UK’s leading providers of advanced medical cosmetic procedures.

Founded in London 40 years ago, TPC provides advanced medical cosmetic treatments.  The flagship and the most well-known of the eight clinics is located in Harley Street, London.  A landmark street, renowned for its presence of numerous surgeons and medical specialists and it is from this location that the Group performs a broad range of treatments, with its primary focus on plastic surgery.  The Group has a further seven clinics located across the UK including, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester and a dedicated hospital located in London.

The Quadrivio Group, a leading European private equity investor head officed in Milan and with offices in Hong Kong, London, Los Angles and New York, engaged MDW Capital to advise on securing a financing package to support its investment.
