MDW Capital completes another busy year of growth

MDW Capital is pleased to report another busy year, advising 9 clients on 12 completions and with three new team members joining the Firm, alongside well advanced work in progress at the start of 2025 that promises another busy year ahead.
Key highlights for the Firm include:
- Welcoming three new team members to the Firm, including Jacco Brouwer as Partner
- Completing 12 transactions in 10 sectors, across the breadth of Europe including three for first-time clients
- Completing the Firm’s 80th transaction since the launch of MDW Capital
- Completing deals for more than €1 billion, taking the value of total transactions completed and advised to over €7.5 billion
